Set up to six daily operating periods. Choose 1–60 minute or random intervals, with 1, 2, 3, 4 or a random number of blasts. Set the inter-barrel delay on each station to 1–10 seconds.

An airport scenario with nine stations
Stations are positioned across the airport. The station nearest the birds activates first, followed by stations along the planned dispersal route at configured intervals. The progressive sound pattern helps guide the flock away from the site.
Configure each station’s barrel combination and 1–10 second inter-barrel delay separately. Set activation intervals between stations to match the scenario.
The airport wildlife management team plans the sequence and timing to direct birds away from runways and flight paths.

Gas level is estimated from cumulative valve-open time, not measured directly. Gas alerts are sent to the remote.
Coverage and communication range may vary with terrain, environmental conditions and placement.
Service menu and maintenance functions
The main board’s service menu includes gas delivery and ignition timing, wait and sleep settings, low-battery warning, blast and valve counters, maintenance records, device identification and calibration functions. It also includes PIN entry, valve and ignition tests, and screens for software updates over Wi-Fi (OTA).
Technical figures are manufacturer-declared; no independent test report is published on this page. The 145 dB figure refers to 1 m in front of the barrel. Control range depends on terrain, clear line of sight, antenna placement and radio interference; 8 km is the stated upper range under suitable conditions.

ALANKO’s story began in 2011, when Cenk Ceylan entered the field of bird and wildlife deterrent systems. In 2013, he established a sole proprietorship under his own name. As production capacity and practical experience grew, the business became ALANKO Teknoloji Ürünleri Tarım Makineleri Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti. in 2020.
Today, we turn that experience into design, engineering and manufacturing at our factory in the Akşehir Organized Industrial Zone. The facility occupies a 6,000 m² site with 2,000 m² of indoor production space. We export our Turkish-made systems to more than 20 countries, working with international wholesalers to meet the needs of different markets.
What we do
We develop propane-powered acoustic cannons for deterring birds and wildlife, alongside programmable remote control systems. Our design process considers technical performance, ease of use, access for maintenance and the durability needed for long-term operation.

Airport bird control and wildlife deterrence
Bird strike prevention is part of a broader wildlife hazard management programme. Station locations, firing sequences and operating periods should be planned by the airport wildlife team to support dispersal away from runways and flight paths.
Product questions
Can the bird cannon work without the remote control?
Yes. Each station has its own menu for standalone operation. The station menu can also be enabled or disabled from the remote control.
How many stations can be controlled?
One remote controls up to 30 devices. Store 20 programmes, with up to nine stations in each programme and adjustable activation intervals between stations.
